Approval of the prior minutes: Dan motioned to approve minutes, Cathy 2nd, motion carries.
Treasurer’s Report and approval: Troy motioned to approve, Wendy 2nd, motion carries.
Old Business
1. Mayor’s Race- Tri Tip Dinner scheduled for November 2nd. Trying to secure Lifepointe, Tickets $35 per person or table of 8 available for $240-$250. Cathy motioned order 3000 tickets Wendy 2nd, motion passes.
2. Cartoon Map- $30 for large print, $20 for regular size
3. Mixer- Troy will send email to commitee
4. Plaques-6×8 $17, 7×9 $22, 8×10 $27

New Business
- Business of the Month- Lions Club of Rio Linda
- Mayor Dinner- See above
- Mayor’s Events- Dan motioned to boost all events $20, Cathy 2nd, motion passes.
Directors’ comments- Cathy- Sandi for Mayor! Dan- comedy show last Friday of the month, tickets available now. John – Herb Liverett showed up to my establishment and threatened.
