1.Grant Money: beautification projects
Finance Committee – Tonia Silva, Wendy Stirnaman, Liliette Freemen and Cathy Scharf
2. Breakfast with Santa (Charlea Moore)
3. Meeting Location and Time- Meeting at Depot building, 6:30 PM. Ok to spend up to $500 for insurance Charlea motioned, Dan 2nd, Gene abstained
New Business
1.Business of the Month (LeeAnn Williams) Tummys
2. Marketing (LeeAnn Williams) 3 $25 gift cards to help build mailing lists and social media Dan motioned, Tonia 2nd
3.Christmas light contest (Tonia Silva) the Chamber is not doing a light contest this year
4. Nominations (Nomination Committee and Wendy Stirnaman) Anthony Cline, Charlea Moore, Dan Welch, Stacy Bastian. Tonia nominated John Todd( he accepted nomination) Charlea motioned, Gene 2nd
5.Discuss elections (if necessary) Election ballots will go out approval for $50 for stamps. Cindel motioned, Dan 2nd
Other Comments or Concerns
Director Comments: Tonia- Food For Less would like to donate a Thanksgiving meal to a family in need.
Public Comments: LeeAnn needs content for the newsletter, Charlea wants the Chamber logo added and PO box. Stacy spoke about Bobs Blessings, and the new fencing and play structures in our local schools. John Todd told us the Grange is working on the arches, and to share the parade information.
